Rylee Russell was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2000. She attended high school in mckinney texas with dreams of becoming a lawyer, writing songs, and owning a colonial style home. She is the kindest most empathic coolest person in the world and I think she would lead this country into true prosperity. She would be a good ruler because of her true love for all humans and understanding of them.
